Daniel graduated with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the National University of Singapore. His civil engineering background helps him to stand out against other real estate agents. He has a deep understanding of the physical structures of different properties, as well as their position in the market. Not only he is able to spot properties with ample potentials, he is also able to advise buyers on what’s achievable with older dwellings.
Prior to joining real estate, he was a government school teacher who taught physics and mathematics. He loves teaching. However, being an energetic thrill seeker who is at his best at uncovering life’s opportunities, he felt he needed to pursue a new career opportunity where he was not restricted or confined. Leaving his teaching profession but bringing his teacher voice with him, he hopes to pull everyone along the real estate journey and guiding them in accomplishing their dreams.
